In 2008 Westfield Culver City management solicited 365 Construction to bid a project for them. Since then the relationship has expanded into a long-term relationship. 365 now has done or is doing work on several Westfield sites, Century City, Covina, Culver City, Fashion Square, Santa Ana Main Place, Santa Anita Mall, Topanga and Valencia Town Center.
Projects have run the gamete from a simple door installation, complete demo of old tenants space with new demising walls and utilities relocated to within the space, to white box build outs and complete relocation of existing tenants to new spaces within the mall, Along with updating the ADA access path of travel on varies sites.
We have also worked with leasing and tenant coordinators to create budgets for the LL work that each future tenant may require to have done to their space before it can be turned over to them.
